Ultimate Landscapes tracks the evolution of climate change through protective geotextile fabric covers which were introduced in the same year Orlandi first began photographing glaciers in the Alps. Photographer Claudio Orlandi combines an artistic sensibility with a documentary approach in his practice.

Claudio Orlandi
PHOTOGRAPHER
Claudio Orlandi was born in Rome in 1960 where he continues to live and work. A lifelong photography enthusiast and completely self-taught, he has worked exclusively as a photographer since 2010 after leaving his commercial business. Since then, he has exhibited in numerous exhibitions, art fairs and galleries, with his work appearing in major industry publications. His work has been shown in both private galleries and museums, including: La Casa della Memoria (Milan, 2021), e3artecontemporanea, the gallery that has represented his work for the past two years. (Brescia), Fondazione Mazzotti (Treviso, 2025), Casa Robegan (June 2025), Musée Suisse de l’appareil photographique (Vevey, Switzerland, June 2025), MAG (Museo Alto Garda) (Riva del Garda, November 2025).
